By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, submitting customization details, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Our Products and Services
2Seasons LLC offers customized lifestyle and fashion products, including personalized bags, travel accessories, and related items. Products may include customization services such as printing, embroidery, artwork, names, initials, logos, images, text, or other personalization options selected by the customer.
Because many of our products are customized, personalized, or made to order, production and fulfillment may require additional processing time before shipment.
4. Customization and Processing Time
The customization process usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the date the order details are confirmed. This timeframe applies to customization and processing only and does not include shipping or delivery time.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, design complexity, quality control requirements, production capacity, or other operational factors.
Once customization or production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, or issue caused by 2Seasons LLC.
5. Customer-Submitted Designs and Content
When you submit names, initials, logos, images, artwork, text, photos, or any other customization content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have the legal right and permission to use it.
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other rights of any third party.
- The content is not illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
- The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You remain responsible for all content you submit. 2Seasons LLC may refuse, cancel, or remove any customization request that we believe violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is inappropriate for production.
By submitting customization content, you grant 2Seasons LLC a limited right to use, reproduce, adjust, format, print, embroider, or apply the content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.
6. Order Review and Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing the purchase, including product selection, size, color, customization details, spelling, names, initials, artwork, shipping address, billing information, and contact details.
2Seasons LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout or customization submission.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@2seasons.us. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or production has started.
7. Product Images, Colors, and Variations
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, materials, and customization previews as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen, monitor, or display settings will accurately reflect the final product color or appearance.
Final colors and finishes may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, material texture, printing method, fabric type, leather-look material, embroidery process, or production conditions.
Color variation of up to 30% may be considered normal and is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
Minor differences in placement, texture, size, finish, alignment, or appearance may occur in customized production and do not automatically qualify as defects.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for confirmation, cancel the order, or issue a refund where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate.
9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Customization content that we cannot legally or reasonably produce.
- Operational or production limitations.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order, unless otherwise permitted by law.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered through third-party shipping carriers and logistics providers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, failed delivery attempts, or other factors outside our control.

- Third-party shipping carriers.
- Customs inspections or customs clearance.
- Import procedures in the destination country.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery attempts.
- Customer unavailability.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the third-party carrier. We will assist customers where possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates after the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.
11. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
2Seasons LLC is not responsible for delays, additional fees, rejected deliveries, held packages, or delivery issues caused by customs authorities, import procedures, or the customer’s failure to pay required duties or taxes.
If a package is delayed, held, rejected, returned, or destroyed due to customs issues, refusal to pay duties, or failure to complete import procedures, the customer may be responsible for related costs, including return shipping, reshipping, storage, handling, or carrier fees.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, damage, or issue caused by 2Seasons LLC.
Customers must review the Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.
13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@2seasons.us with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue and the evidence provided.
14. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed to collect the package, did not respond to the carrier, or failed to complete customs requirements, the customer may be responsible for all related costs.
Refunds may not be issued for customized products returned due to delivery refusal, incorrect address, failed delivery, customs refusal, or failure to collect.
If reshipping is requested, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees before the order is shipped again.
15. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.
Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable and may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of purchase.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product images, logos, designs, graphics, icons, photographs, videos, layout, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to 2Seasons LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use any part of our website, branding, images, or content without our prior written permission.
17. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

2Seasons LLC shall not be responsible for delays, failures, losses, or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, customs delays, carrier delays, labor disruptions, supplier delays, pandemics, war, government actions, technical failures, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
23. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us first at hello@2seasons.us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, our website, or your purchase may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or where arbitration is not permitted by law.
You and 2Seasons LLC agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
