At 2Seasons LLC, we specialize in customized lifestyle and fashion products, including personalized bags, travel accessories, and related items. Each customized product is prepared based on the customer’s selected design, personalization details, and order specifications.

Because our products are customized, personalized, or made to order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, damage, or an issue caused by 2Seasons LLC.

1. Customized and Personalized Products

Customized and personalized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect information, spelling, initials, names, colors, artwork, or design details provided by the customer.
  • Customer selecting the wrong product, size, color, or customization option.
  • Minor differences in color, texture, placement, size, or finish that are normal in customized production.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or third-party logistics providers after the order has been dispatched.

2. Customization and Processing Time

The customization process usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the date the order details are confirmed. This timeframe applies to customization and processing only and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, the complexity of the customization, order volume, quality control requirements, or other operational factors.

Once the customization process has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed issue caused by 2Seasons LLC.

3. Manufacturing Defects or Production Issues

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only if the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or production-related issue, including:

  • Damaged or defective item received.
  • Wrong product sent.
  • Customization does not match the confirmed order details.
  • Printing, embroidery, artwork, or personalization error caused by our production team.
  • Product is unusable due to a manufacturing fault.

To report an issue, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@2seasons.us and providing:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged.
  • A brief explanation of the problem.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Color Variation Disclaimer

We use accurate design files, printing methods, and color codes during production. However, final colors may vary due to several factors, including screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, material texture, printing method, fabric type, leather-look material, and the production process.

Color variation of up to 30% may be considered normal and is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

This applies especially to customized products, printed items, embroidered designs, leather-look materials, fabrics, bags, accessories, and travel products.

If the final product is significantly different from the confirmed design or order details due to our production error, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are delivered through third-party shipping carriers and logistics providers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

2Seasons LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Third-party shipping carriers.
  • Customs inspections or customs clearance.
  • Import procedures in the destination country.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the third-party carrier. We will assist customers where possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2Seasons LLC is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or delivery issues caused by customs authorities or import procedures.

If a package is delayed, held, rejected, or returned due to customs issues, refusal to pay duties, or failure to complete required import procedures, the customer may be responsible for any related costs, including return shipping, reshipping, storage fees, handling fees, or any charges imposed by the carrier or customs authority.

7. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return review, the item must be:

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
  • Approved by our customer support team before being shipped back.

Items returned without prior written approval may not be accepted.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products with names, initials, logos, photos, artwork, or custom text.
  • Made-to-order items.
  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without prior written approval.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are only accepted before the customization or production process begins.

Once the order has been confirmed, processed, customized, or sent to production, it cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded.

If the customer notices an error in the order details, they must contact us immediately at hello@2seasons.us. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

10. Damaged Items During Shipping

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it for inspection.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.

11. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, express shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by 2Seasons LLC.

12. Replacement, Repair, or Store Credit

For approved claims, 2Seasons LLC may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Product replacement.
  • Repair or correction.
  • Store credit.
  • Partial refund.
  • Full refund, where applicable.

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, the condition of the product, and the evidence provided.

13. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error, manufacturing defect, or wrong item sent, we will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost.

If a return is approved as an exception for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers must not return any item without receiving written approval and return instructions from 2Seasons LLC.

14. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed to collect the package, did not respond to the carrier, or failed to complete customs requirements, the customer may be responsible for any related costs.

Refunds may not be issued for customized products returned due to delivery refusal, incorrect address, failed delivery, customs refusal, or failure to collect.

If reshipping is requested, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees before the order is shipped again.

15. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing the purchase, including product selection, customization details, spelling, colors, size, shipping address, and contact information.

2Seasons LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout or customization submission.
